Just to let everyone know that reg "308 GTS" is up for auction at the end of October by the DVLA :

Now that would be cool, but it would probably sell for more than the car is worth!

I think F308GTS sold for about 2 or 3 grand on a previous auction, so not too much .... I guess the lack of 'F' might make a lot of difference :-)

It would be a bit pointless buying F308 GTS to put on a Ferrari 308 GTS, because you can't transfer it to a pre F registered car.
That rules out all 308s.

A CAR DEALER IN YORK HAD 308GTB FOR YEARS HE BOUGHT IT OF AN OLD LADY IT WAS ON HERE MOPED HE GAVE HER A CAR AS A STRAIGHT SWOP GOING BACK 20 YEARS NOW NEVER SEEN THE NUMBER FOR YEARS SINCE THE CAR DEALER DIED
