Hi All,

Quite a few of you keep on mentioning Tubi Style exhausts for your Maseratis. I was just wondring if those would fit a GranSport and if so where would one have them fitted. Finally any information about price would be appreciated.

Can I also have your views on how good they are (compared to standard ones?)

Thanks very much

Frank

Hiya there,

The GS already comes with Tubi-made OEM rear muffs, so that says all. You could go for a (much) louder experience buying, e.g., a Fuchs system, but would not really bother too much. The best (if you want additional growl) is to replace the mid section muff with straights (Larini makes them, or you could have them custom-made in stainless) but would leave the rears in place.

They ARE Tubi's...

Tubi do make the original system for the gransport but that is a much tamer version of the aftermarket Tubi. I know of people who have removed their original gransport silencers to put the "proper" Tubis on.. You might want to confirm this with Scuderia Systems.

Thanks Jenzo. To be honest with you, I think the sound the standard exhaust makes is pleasant to the ears, but i was expecting a bit more drama (without it being deafening), and so I might look at after market systems.

Thanks very much for ur help and I will get in touch with scuderia systems
