Mate's car is a bit damaged.....

Just been told that my mate's Fezza had an altercation with a cement truck, truck turned into him and did....

need a new door, wing mirror and rear quarter, alloy and wing mirror damaged too.

hit him at 5mph.... driver claimed he shouldn't have a black car because they're difficult to see! Then said that he will let the insurers sort out the claim....

Ouch!!

make sure he insists on a ferrari approved bodyshop doing the work, could make the difference between selling it on , or not.

Anniesdad was very helpful to me, even though I (thankfully) didn't need to use him in the end - well recommended!!

Tried that, but he is going with his own insurance company as they said they will do a like for like once the other party admits liability.... me thinks they won't be admitting anything and having to fort out 5 figures to repair it and will settle for a 50 - 50 claim... tell me I not being cynical and am wrong!!
