3200 headlamp adjustment for Europe

I will be driving to Bruchkobel near Frankfurt next week and may be doing a fair bit of night driving, is there any easy beam adjustment for European driving ? if not can it be done at a dealers

hi there...drove through france and spain last year in my asseto corsa...adjustment was done at Lancasters of colchester...

dont think their is an easy 'patch' over the headlamps due to their shape
