I live in Aberdeen and looking for a garage to service the Maz... I think GrayPaul in Edinburgh is the closest dealer, does anyone of any independents or specialists in Scotland that would be worth trying...?

i'm looking into one at the moment....just waiting for feedback that he would actually look at a Maserati.

I can give you the details, the garage was suggested on this forum when i asked a similar question. However they are based in Linlithgow, which is about the same distance as Edinburgh from you.

I have friends in the Bo'ness area so it would be a good time to catch up with them if needs be.

If you dont mind me asking which area are you located? Just interested to see how many of these magnificant cars are in Scotland... I know of 2 Quads in the Aberdeen area. . are you aware of any others?

i'm located in Dunfermline. have only had the car for 3 months, so am still getting to know how many of these cars are up here.

hoping to hear back from the garage today..via email. If not, i'll ring them to find out.

When's your next service due?... I've got about 7k to go, just wanted to be ready...hahaha... saving hard...

my next service is in Feb....don't do many miles in the car so although ilegage wise it's due pretty soon, i estimate that by Feb it should be on schedule.

clutch however is going to be something that needs looking at...not looking forward to that part.

I'm a bit worried about the clutch things as well... Do you have a warranty on the car?.. was thinking about extending the warranty, just in case.
Had the sky hook light come on the other day.. Its intermittent, so will need to keep an eye on it. Any news from your contact in Linlithgow?

right...have spoken to them.
They are quite willing to service Maserati's. You need to ring Tarduff Motors on 01506-842709 to book.
They will probably want the chassis no. so they can ensure they have the right bits for servicing. I mentioned that i might need a new clutch, and that the coupe is a CC....they seemed ok with that.

I have a 3rd party warranty on the car...haven't had to use it yet so it's difficult to tell whether it's any good.

I'm sending the car in probably mid-Feb....if you're going in before that, let me know how it goes.
