Hi Simon,

Just wondering how you got on with the CAT Bypass/Test pipes??

Did you have any problems with the CEL because of the O2 sensors??

What does it sound like?? Is it (horror) TOO loud??

Thinking of doing mine over the winter. Did you use Larini's?

Yes had to use Larini's as no other test pipes available. Tech guys can't see a problem with the sensors. The test pipes have a pre drilled hole for them to fit into and they have said it should be fine.

Engines back together but not in the car yet. I hope it will be ready by Friday! I've had a fire extinguisher fitted in the passenger compartment in case the flames set fire to the car behind

I've just picked up the Lambo a couple of hours ago, got home whereupon the flamin cat has fled because of the sound and I havent seen it since. Actually I really wanted to say it sounds fantastic, but first impressions are its just very very loud but not tuneful in any way. Its deafened me driving home, the note does improve with speed but driving slowly its pretty raucous.I'll be honest - if it doesnt improve as the pipes carbon up, then the cats are going back on. I'll give it a few weeks first. I seem to remember Tubi's change the note when this happens. One positive point is the Murcie is defo punchier, it picks up and goes like hell now, its faster than it was before without a doubt. Just hope the sound improves

What's the deal, does the Murci have 4 cats like the Diablo ? Are the back two deleted with the tubi then the 1st two you've had straight through pipes added?

Maybe sports cats would make a better sound?

The guys on Lambo-Power rave about the MS Racing stage 2 (no cats)

Simon,

I really hope it sounds better because this is my next planned mod - did the guys think it would pass it's MOT????

Does it "flame" on the over-run or under full throttle up-shifts?
