Also, whats the resale like on a LHD car? I'm thinking of having this for 6 months or so and then selling it on. I have always promised myself a Diablo!

that car has sold 3 times in 2 years, so unsure about the owners
early model, resprayed . Non power steering and bell ranger style dash. Pig to drive.
Speak with a reputable dealer, spend a little more and buy your self a 'no story' car from a dealer who hasn't 'done bird'. Dion from www.Elmscollection.co.uk is my broker, he sources all my cars.

All seems a little funny doesn't it. Enough to put me off.
Not many 50k Diablo's around actually.
Which is the first variant that was actually good to drive? Coming from a Noble, I know that no Diablo will be as nimble and quick but I don't want to swop if you say its a "pig to drive"
I've been reading this site, but there seem to be so many different variants, I've got a bit lost!!
Thanks.

wish that price guide was correct, a 95 sv?? (96 maybe) 50k. or i'd love a 99 sv for 60 to 70k?
and i'm going to have a couple of 6ltr's for around 75 to 85k.

What is the mileage? The dealer site says 35k but on pistonheads classifieds it sates 22k? this is surely the same car, also slight price difference...
I think they mean 35,000 kilometres which would equate to around 22,000 miles. Having driven both early and late Diablos the differences are early dash a bit unsiteley but you soon get used to it. Gearchange is nicer than the later cars with closer gate. No power steering but you get more feed back at speed. Early cars were often quicker than the later SV's, Brakes are crap, really crap, clutch tends to be very heavy but personally I would not go for a diablo that has had a colour change regardless of age. cheers Graeme
