Taking my Ferrari to Europe

For various reasons too complicated to explain, I want to take my Ferrari to either Italy or Switzerland, leave it there for a week or 2 whilst I fly back to the UK to complete some business, and return to pick it up to continue my holiday. Does anyone know of a reputable car storage company who would keep it and insure it for me as my insurance company doesn't want to know.

How about booking it in for a service at a dealer at your destination and telling them you'll be back to pick it up in 2 weeks time?
