Need to get some oil to top up the 355 - nothing major, just want some to have in the garage.

Trouble is what's right for a late 90's car isn't always current top end synthetic... anyone know what the dealers or independents currently use at service time?

Could always phone Carl at Verdis (great advice so far - Capristo for one!), but wondered if anyone could save me the call?

Scott.

I used Morrison own brand when I first got my 355, was recomended when I got the car, it did the job fine but I use Shell ultra now aswell, and its on offer in most Total stations as well at the minute.

FYI I asked that Opie Oils chap which one thay reccomended for my 355 for road and occasional trackday use and they suggested Motul 300V 5w-40 or Silkolene Pro S 5w-40.

I use Silkolene Pro S in my Exige. Supposed to last twice as long as 'normal' oils under track conditions.
