Gallardo - noise tests

Hi - does anyone know what a standard MY06 Gallardo measures on a static noise test? Better still on a driveby? I have booked several trackdays and now wonder whether the ridiculous (the words of my neighbour) volume of noise produced will bring the black flag out on 98db days.

Don't know the figures but I'm pretty sure it's a hell of a lot more than 98dBs. Unless you drive on half throttle everywhere the '06 is a throaty little fella.

I dont know how far you are from Bedford, but the Chaps there are quite helpful / willing to do noise tests on demand mate.

Just bob up there and they will test you out under a few conditions (static etc etc)

Good luck, but I think you will find that the G is quite noisy
