A look at the Radio times online says it is the LP640 so I imagine it should be good.

2 LCUK cars have been summoned to the depths of Surreyshire for a filming frenzy (or less) on Wednesday of this week - these being a silver, early-spec. Diablo and a red Countach QV. Club Members will know whence they've come and we'll all be waiting for Jemimah to rabbit on about them in his usual less-than generous terms, (sarcasm and misinformation being the last refuge of the feeble of leg muscles and constantly fame-hungry...)

If you really, really imagine JC can ever be truly level-minded with regards to Lamborghinis, you'd need to have had a nicotine-aroma soaked chat with him when he was surrounded by 9 or 10 fine examples of the marque but chose to discuss almost none of them on screen in 2003 at Dunsfold - even though his cohorts begged for them to be in attendance of his Sticklimbness for the day! To say he was less than interested and less than 'so-what' about the Lamborghinis there that day is an understatement in the same way as saying the weather can be a little warm in the Sahara.

He's reviewed the Countach before and he's never liked it. I doubt he fits in it! Come to think of it the only non curent car he's ever liked was the E-type

Hi,
I read on the Topgear website that he'd bought a Gallardo, apparently talked into buying it by James May. I thought when they said there is going to be a Lambo on next week it was going to be his. It should be good watching the Stig throwing an LP640 about.

Off topic, do you have any photo's of the front storage space on your Urraco. I've got a P250S thats been rebuilt, would like to check against an orig. Thanx

Pleased to inform you all that, not only did "The Stig", NOT crash the Lambo during this Sundays Top Gear programme, even though he had to take the LP640 out again, (4 hours later) due to a damp track. Timing was good, but due to tech. problems he kept it tame. To my surprise JC (thats Clarkson) did not go negative with regards to the marque. Not sure if my talk with one of the producers, prior to the shoot had any influence, but I doubt it, as he is JC after all!!!!
