Chaps, my Gallardo front lights are peppered with chips as is the windscreen and front end bodywork. I'm getting a quote off LHW for sorting it all out, but in readiness for this and to gauge some comparables - whats the ££ on a new screen, front lights and bumper/bonnet respray ? (roughly)

Someone told me the lights were £1900 per unit and the screen was £2500 fitted...is this right?

I'm sure you could get your screen replaced for £40 through your insurance. After you get the front end repainted get some protective film(circa £500), I've got somoe ventureshield on My black car and it dosen't look all that bad and works a treat, even on the headlights. I've got a hook up if you wanna go down this route.

Cheers Mandeep, the work would all be insurance claimed anyway as the car was damaged following a dumper lorry, so no great shakes on the job - just interested to know what is a reasonable outlay for all this.

I am going to put Paintshield on the front end, we can get a 20% discount on getting this fitted through PureGT you know. Its really good high end stuff.

I've just had the front re-sprayed by a shop on Mere Road, used by lambo, Mike at Parkside Gar. is recommend, he does a fare bit of insurance work. You can take a look at my car tomorrow, new lights also fitted and 3M film. But the cost of the re-spray was reasonable, and the car only needed it after covering 30K.

I somehow managed to get them under warr. (well HR Owen) - very rare. But mine had started to get this white spyder affect pattern under the lens, very odd.

PS, Mike at parkside is a good chap, I've seen bently, ferrari and various classics round at his place been repaired
