Can I ask, you bought a Lamborghini a Murci at that, and are slightly suprised/ dissapointed by the low fuel consumption you may get....

You Kidding?

(btw I am slightly suprised, I would have thought it would of been early teens?)

About £75 of super will get you 200-220 miles...

I remember once taking both the 360 and Murci for a run with a friend and filled both up. I nearly cried when the attendant asked for £160...

I know you all say that if you own one of these, you shouldn't be in a position to worry about it, but it still smarts.

The real bummer is that 80% of it goes to that tosser at No. 11.

That's got to be wrong, 105 litres in the 550 only ever lasted 200-220 miles with my heavy foot - the Lambo's got to be at least as bad surely,

To be fair that isnt that bad.

The Grale takes £50 and if Im reasonably heavy with the right foot all I will see is about 220miles. An extra £25 for the pleasure of those miles in a Murci isnt exactly a harsh price to pay is it?

What is interesting though, is that same £50 in the Sagaris would actually get me 250 miles and 300 on a light foot.

That's the trouble with 'em blowers. On boost they're like the Irish and Guinness. But you gotta love that torque (though I'm sure the Sag ain't no slouch in the pound feet dept either!).

On that note makes me wonder how much fuel the Veyron consumes. I guess the Bug really is a car where if you can afford it then the cost of fuel is immaterial (unlike the Murci which is now very much within the reach of frugal mortals), but still, it has got to hurt just a little.

In hindsight, maybe my memory of the numbers are a bit rose tinted... I just to just ignore the numbers after a while. I just stopped when it went "click".

Sorry been using another old login to get this one sorted.

In answer: I use the Midlands home as a base for work, and come home on some weekends.

Drop me a mail and I'll catch up with ya and Crikeymikey for a beer one sunny night!!
