I need a contact name/dept at the Lambo factory to confirm a car's build date & spec.

Just send an email to the Technical Department, stating your chassis number. Without this, you're unlikely to get a response.

Alternatively, a friendly chat with your dealer should get you this info.

Factory contacts are prized possessions round here.
