MY08 Gallardo

In case anyone was interested i was at lambo London today bending Bruces ear, and haggling

The MY08 car is unchanged from the 07, other than options, a few new metallic colours, new alloys, inc black callistos etc.

Came away with the price lists for MY08 and Superleggera, which is cheaper than Bruce thought, lists at £150,990.00.

Can you share any more information with us regarding te MY08 car? Has the basic price increased? What are the main changes compared to the 07 car?

Basic price is now up to £127k

New Standard Items

- Trip computer and heated mirrors are now standard
- USB interface (for memory card) is standard and a CD changer is a zero cost option
- Tire Pressure Measurement is standard

Some new options

- Ipod interface & Premium Audio System
- White side indicators (sic!)
- Black colored exhaust pipes
- Callisto Black colored rims
- Cordelia rims
- Q-citura interior (bi-color quilted interior)

Are you really going to sit in the garage with your laptop waiting for the 30 minutes it takes to up load a new 4GB of music?

or does it mean that you will now be able to plug in and look at the engine management/clutch etc?

Im torn between the demo car at lambo London, a 56 plate, and ordering new. Just not sure whether the MY08 will warrant a higher value at selling time. Also quite tempted by the yellow one at Birmingham.....whys it so hard!

what happened to changing the interior to differentiate it from Audi and the R8? I thought that this was happening in 08, along with some exterior re-styling?
