360 spider in classifieds 45K

Just went into the classifieds today. Guys says the car is mint but it's in Belgium.

I'm sure i saw it on the autotrader for 75K last week (had DJ xxx number plate).
The guy defo wants 45K for it.

Is there something missing like VAT or some other tax to bring it back to Britain or do I smell a rat?

any opinions???
