Any body know what brand/type this is???

it's not Tubi or Capristo . Could be Quicksilver, Larini or Stainless Steel. Some close ups might help to narrow down brand

Quicksilver has one seem down the middel, the other one has 2. The outlets looks very similar though!

The way those outlets are done looks just the same, must be a Quicksilver. Quality doesn't look a patch on a Tubi or Larini
