Recommend me your mechanic!

Hi there,
You may or may not have seen my hello over on general gassing and/or my posting on the jobs forum, so if not - hiya, what's your poison ;-)
Basically I am looking for an outgoing mechanic that specialises in high end cars such as Bentleys and RRs, (or italian supercars, or both) and really knows his stuff AND would fancy the summer in Spain (and wouldn't mind becoming a TV star on the side).
If you know such a man, (or woman!) - up for a challenge and not afraid of speaking his/her mind, I would be very grateful to hear about them!
