i dont see the point of a multimillionaire suing the bus company for damages, particularly as they seem ridiculously overinflated at £300k!!

It'll be his insurance company, using his name in the action - it's in the small print of most policies.

Its not just 300k worth of damage to the Enzo, its for loss of earnings too. If he is a "tycoon" that could amount to a lot?

confused the article says the car has been repaired at Ferrari’s Modena factory in Italy.

The value of a pranged enzo is a LOT less than a unpranged one. It said in the above statment that he will persue the difference in the value of the vehicle after the accident. One less MINT enzo means that pefect examples just got a bit more exclusive and therefore expensive.
