Just got back yesterday. Around 17:00.

What an epic. 2500 miles in 9 days (not a huge amount I'll grant you). 3 Murcis, 2 Gallardos, an ex-Rod Stewart Diablo Roadster and Lambochick's Diablo GT.

Stayed in some stunning places, including 2 days at Lake Como, and various French chateaus.

Visited the Service Department (met James, who was collecting his Spyder), had lunch with Valentino, and then down the road 8 miles for a guided tour of the Pagani works hosted by Horracio himself (he even presented us with the Zonda F press pack, bless him). All in one afternoon. Fab.

Following day was the museum and production tour at Sant' Agata. Lunch in the staff canteen again. Speaking of which, the trip was worth it just for the factory lunch. Why all the workers aren't fat buggers is a mystery to me!

Selected pics to follow plus more via the LCUK forum provided exclusively via Pistonheads (I thank you) to the Club's members.

Can I come and live with you ?

I will clean your cars everyday.

The food is great at the Ferrari place, although I only got to munch on the first course before blasting off up into the mountains biggrin

I bumped into you all briefly at the tunnel - I was in the GT...

A photo towards the end of your tour! Glad you all made it back without incident - one Lamborghini is a site, your convoy was exceptional.

Oh, alright, one of mine then....

Sorry - gratuitous use of non Lamborghini shot there!

If I get this right, this link should take you to a short video clip. Fingers crossed, and enjoy if it works.

Lambo convoy video (Better quality than YouTube if it works)

If you have problems with that one, here's a You Tube version You Tube host

What a sight. Lovely photos. I too saw you at the tunnel in Calais - I was in the silver Aston a couple of rows to your left when you were checking in.

I noticed the silver Gallardo was kept at the back of the line. smile

Hi Mike. Glad you liked the video - only bought the equipment two days before we left, so still learning how to use it. That shot used a bullet camera mounted to the window with a small suction mount. If you are going to this year's Chateau run in a few weeks, you will be able to see for yourself as I will be using it again.
