Been after one for a while,
but picked up a beautiful red/tan 7.5k manual.

thought about an F1 but held out for a manual as i knew i'd miss the physical act of changing gear too much.

first impressions, easy to drive and get used to, infectious noise and very direct communicative steering.

not too bad over bumps either, liking it a lot.
i know i've made the right choice.

Many thanks to John at Italia autosport for helping me to find the right car and for going over it with a fine tooth comb. he really knows his stuff and for the work he's done extremely reasonable too!

Well done that man. good choice and sounds like a nice spec.
I am looking for one myself. I have my Stradale in the classifieds which i absolutely adore but need a soft top for the business.

Post some pics when you stop driving it for long enough.

i'll do my best but it may be a while!!

i put a challenge grill on it and an ipod stereo connection. it's got shields, burgundy carpet, all the original bits (still in plastic!) xenon lights and a wind deflector.

took 3 months to find the right car, but the wait was worthwhile.

Hey, if I had known you were looking for a 360 you could have had my wifes. Its just come back from the garage with a new door and new front wing and new roof, after the crash last month. Its an 03/53 f1 in rossa red with black interior. 12,000 miles, and selling it cheap due to crash repair for offers over £75,000.

Looks good mate, congratulations. I take it Lorraine didn't buy the M3 off you then? hehe Or are you keeping it as an everyday car?

See you on Saturday, I'll be in a silver 360 that apparently is louder than anything else!
