Countach, Dino and 308 on TV today (Saturday)

Classic Car Club programmes on Ch523 - Discovery Turbo there will be a small feature on the following according to the sky planner:

Dino on 11.30am show
308 on 12.30pm show
Countach on 1pm show

Usual mish-mash of presenters but worth watching for the mix of old cars that you don't see on telly anymore. Just make sure you take your MG antidote pill first just in case

Well the Lambo feature wasn't bad at all!
Car featured was E482 NUL. Red QV with no wing.

So far as well they have done a 2 min feature ona yellow Diablo WIL 6712 (or something lilke that)

Just did a feature with a guy called Anthony Hawkins(?) who has 6 (of the lesser known to many) Lambos, including a lovely green Jarama! Edd China drove his Jalpa round for a bit.

Ant Hawkes is actually the committee Chairman of LCUK, he's recently sold that Jalpa to another Lambo Club Member and THE GREEN JARAMA IS MINE - Ant just looks after it for me, as he has a garage to keep it in that won't blow over in a middlin' breeze ... I will drive it some this year or else I will get really

that programme is actually quite old - the filming at chez Hawkes was done nearly 2 years ago - the really funny bit is when Ed China says he fits really well in the Jalpa and yet, at 6'7" his knees are still quite close to his elbows...

and as for Penny Mallory driving Mark Hart's QV - only one problem was/is that she said/says it's a V8... erm, nooooooo but the best bit is where she says she just wants to look at it, the camera should go away, she's having a Lambo-moment, bless
