In 2 years I've never used the manual door key to unlock my car until last week. This is when I find out it doesn't work. So a bit of advise, check you can gain entry to your car using the key in the drivers door lock, and if you change the battery in your remote, unlock your car first and leave it open so you can start the car again which re-sync the key after changing the battery.
