Looks nasty and what a shame from the only Lamborghini raceing there frown Hope the dirver is ok!

Yea no news yet on the drivers condition and i cannot find any pictures anywhere. That being said i have no clue where to look, just following the live coverage on Motors Tv.

Good news...

There is good news about Marco Apicella, driver of the Lamborghini that caused the first red flag this evening. He is basically unhurt and has left the trackside medical center on his own, but has been taken to another hospital in Le Mans for additional evaluation

The good news is that the Lambo is now repaired and will be racingsmile, but the bad news is that the driver was readmitted to a hospital in Toursfrown

I'm here at le mans at the moment, the lambo started the race at 3pm, but was smoking as it passed me on the first lap. It hasnt appeared again so not looking good. Hope its not the crankshaft. Weather not good here

Just says transmission failure on website, no further details.

Wonder if they'll get it repaired under warranty?

Jeez, we stayed in Tours a couple of years back that's almost 100km away
