Ferrari F430 - Luggage
Discussion
I pick up my 430 tomorrow, and am planning a 2 week thrash through France & Italy in a few weeks to celebrate. Has anyone found any luggage that makes the most of the space in the nose and behind the seats? I don't want to spend £'000s on the tailored luggage, but the missus does not understand the concept of travelling light! Any ideas?

Yep...Louis Vuitton do a suitcase called the Sirus 70 that is an exact fit(upright), when combined with the Sirus 50.
Buy them, use them, then flog them on ebay for more or less what you paid. Or keep them for life.
I had the same problem recently on a 10 day tour to Tuscany/Maranello.
Used my 5 piece factory luggage for the 360 but her indoors also needed a large sportsbag in addition to that, a large LV bag AND a big straw net with handles (forgive me - I can't keep up with the names for girlie hand bags and such!)
And that was before the shopping trip in Milan on the way down
The fezza has never been loaded up like that before - and she was still complaining
The moral of the story is: Leave bird at home

Actually had my first ride in an F430 Spider on Sunday.
WOW WHAT A MONSTER OF A CAR !!!
David (owner) was 100% right when he said you could use it every single day, it really does stretch the boundries of what a supercar is, and can do.
He had someone tinker with the suspension a little, and I was hugely impressed by the handling and way it stuck to the road.
The acceleration too !!! It felt like it had claws and was just ripping up through the road, savage.
What a car.

When anyone asks me what I would have, Gallardo or F430 I really couldn't decide now.

Well the Gallardo stops all such discussions. It has no luggage space! Seriously, even a carry-on hand luggage nearly fills the boot.
The Murci on the other hand has quite a decent boot...
Take the missus to the Lambo showroom, show her the Gallardo's boot and tell her to stop complaining and be grateful you bought a sensible, practical car!
