Well some work has been done on my maserati so thought i would post some pics of it. I wanted aftermarket wheels but they were silly money and saw it as a waste. Any way I have meshed the front grille

Wheels and calipers before

Cool car! Where did you get your Italian Plates from? They really set the car off! I'd love a pair for my maser!

I like the grill. Good chrome on the trident and surrond - did you get that re-done or is it original and just very well looked after?

i'm liking the chrome grille and the wheels too! those are some tasteful mods IMO, which don't upset the look of the car or push the boundaries of taste and decency to truly silly levels! thumbup

thanks guys, the mesh was from e bay, VERY thick and hard to work with though. The grille is original think the brighter mesh makes it look ceeaner but it was cleaned as it took the old mesh off first

looks very well

my calipers are black - where yours also black? if so, did you remove the calipers to paint them red and how did you handle the maserati logo (stickers or painted)?

cheers

I'm liking the chrome mesh, any more specific details/links you can supply for that?

You can get a stainless mesh from posturt tuning in Germany. Check my profile pic! They used to sell them on ebay and beleive it or not I got mine for 1 euro! (+ £15 p&p) dont know if they still do though. I have also had some custom matching stainless grilles made for the front spoiler intakes. If the sun ever decides to reappear this summer I'll update my profile pic to show these also.
I addition to the grille I also got a second trident badge from ebay and colour coded to the body work, keeping the original chrome one for if I decide to sell at some point.

ticked that box then biggrin

was going to sell mine but you got me thinking about keeping with it and doing some more mods scratchchin

where did you get the grille?

am thinking of paying LeoNardo a visit in germany for a set of wheels and a remap, seems they have some nice 'non bling' wheels...

Are they HRE wheels do you know?

]do you know of any uk firms that can accomodat the Maserati for aftermarket wheels? Elite wheels or such like?

these look quite nice, love dark centre with polished rim look but not sure if it goes with a Med blue car

LeoNardo ones I know will suit though.....
