My slightly modded 3200 maserati
Discussion
Well some work has been done on my maserati so thought i would post some pics of it. I wanted aftermarket wheels but they were silly money and saw it as a waste. Any way I have meshed the front grille

Cool car! Where did you get your Italian Plates from? They really set the car off! I'd love a pair for my maser!
If I'm not mistaken, they're from www.eutags.comBe careful though, plod doesn't like them!!

That does look good. When I saw "modded" and "3200" my heart sank. Phew!

You want to make it louder??? It sounds pretty good as it is!

I'm liking the chrome mesh, any more specific details/links you can supply for that?
You can get a stainless mesh from posturt tuning in Germany. Check my profile pic! They used to sell them on ebay and beleive it or not I got mine for 1 euro! (+ £15 p&p) dont know if they still do though. I have also had some custom matching stainless grilles made for the front spoiler intakes. If the sun ever decides to reappear this summer I'll update my profile pic to show these also.I addition to the grille I also got a second trident badge from ebay and colour coded to the body work, keeping the original chrome one for if I decide to sell at some point.
yes i used to own 3 skylines! still a jap car lover deep down! the mesh can be brought from e bay bit is very thick and will need an andgle grinder to cut! and the calipers, my friend owns a custom bodyshop and did them, think he just used a gun to spray them got new stickers made up then laquered over them

pvapour, thats what i was trying to do, just make it look a bit more modern.
ticked that box then
was going to sell mine but you got me thinking about keeping with it and doing some more mods

where did you get the grille?
am thinking of paying LeoNardo a visit in germany for a set of wheels and a remap, seems they have some nice 'non bling' wheels...
Are they HRE wheels do you know?
]do you know of any uk firms that can accomodat the Maserati for aftermarket wheels? Elite wheels or such like?
these look quite nice, love dark centre with polished rim look but not sure if it goes with a Med blue car

LeoNardo ones I know will suit though.....
