Gallardo - service / warranty?!?

I am just about to conclude buying a Gallardo - 2004 '53', 7k mile manual car.... It has had 2 small services and now needs a large service - any ideas on where to get it serviced as main dealer is quoting £2000+ for this, and also a 12 month warranty is going to be £2100! Anyone used a aftermarket warranty company such as Warranty Direct and the like - and have any experience of claiming etc?

Not sure whether just to go ahead and pay the money and get it all done at main dealer - or shop about and get a specialist service and aftermarket warranty.

Thoughts would be appreciated.
