Maserati 4200 Spyder
Discussion
I've been doing a whole load of research on these for the last week or so and have decided to go and see one. One questions I have not found an answer to is what is the service interval for a 2003/2004 car ?
I understand there are some differences between the 2002 and 2003 cars too. Was this just changes to the gearbox? or were there additional changes?
Cheers

Well, depends on mileage, but certainly every 12,500 miles for a major service and the routine yearly service (depends of course of the extent of the yearly service; I do prefer to go above and beyond the book on the annuals).
For the Spyder, the most noticeable difference is that in the 2003 version you have a glass rear window (plastic in the 2002) and some chassis stiffening/reinforcement aimed at reducing cowl shake. Many small gremlins were also sorted (remember the car was introduced in 2002...) and it was also a shortened production year.
Now, if you want a 2003 Coupe...
