It's the first one I've seen for sale for some time.........I agree it does make the Anniversay look cheap. There was a RHD Anniversary for sale in France for £77k with just 300km on the clock but I think that one has gone now! Well I hope he's right! woohoo

it would be interesting how many owners would sell for £100k had they been offered it... yes what can you replace it with for that type of money.. i know i would have to think about it but be pretty sure you wont find one for along time..

I must admit I always loved the looks of the pre-Anniversary QV. But having bought my Anniversary, the looks have grown on me to such an extent that I almost prefer the lines of it over the earlier ones now. Each to his own of course, but I bought mine about 2 months ago with just 2K miles from new and in superb condition throughout for a great price - next to some of the prices I'm seeing now it was almost a bargain. That said, I have been told by those in the know that it's probably worth a good £10K more than I paid for it already, but next to the pre-Anniversary prices it would still seem a bargain. Like any classic car though, when prices start to rise it's almost always the earliest examples that are the most desired. I saw it in the Corvette world, and it's the same with the Countach. It's nothing new or unusual, look at nearly any classic car and you'll see the same thing. Either way, like RedWing and IanQV, I love my car and it will be with me for as long as I can foresee. I'm just glad I was able to hop on the Countach ladder before they all went out of my range. I just need to get my ass in gear and join the LCUK now paperbag
