Yes, Phil’s right; it was me in the yellow Murci V12 MRC. I was just heading back from the Italian Car and Bike Show (thanks to Ian, Lynn, Lorraine and Roberto). I did notice your stunning blue Noble with its massive rear spoiler in the inside lane. I saw you give me the thumbs up and I did wave back!

By the way, re post of earlier this year from a former Noble owner, V12 MRC has never been to Knutsford and I don’t own a pub!

As its my first post on this, hello all of you in LCUK – hope to see as many of you at the LCUK Autumn Extravaganza on 22/23 September 2007 for some serious FUN – see the LCUK website. We’ve even got a unique Lamborghini coming along - plus some well known names from the world of Lamborghini. Please hurry with your Green Booking Forms – rooms ARE running out....

Hi Tim, thanks for those pics. They brought back happy memories and motivated me to upload today a 6.5 minute video summary on to YouTube of the 52 minute DVD film that I did of that great weekend. You can catch it on:

They'll be another chance to see a very large gathering of Lamborghinis (static and in convoy) at the LCUK Autumn Extravaganza (see LCUK website).

Mystic,

I think you have a flash of me wearing my fluorescent marshalling jacket on that day (was in charge on the gate into Brooklands) and my friends who helped out. Love the giggling - Lambo's are definitely one way of putting a big smile on folks' faces!

Ade, I see you got the yellow inserts in the seats; I don't have those, but they look stunning. I chose the colour when I was at the Factory in May 2002 (as no cars to see in the UK at that time); I thought I wanted a dark metallic blue one, but after hours of looking I ultimately fell deeply in love with one that had the same colour scheme inside and out to yours. The exhausts you hear on the DVD belong to other cars (Andy’s blue Gallardo at Brooklands and an Italian Murci revving with Ian’s Countach at the lights in Brighton); I have the standard exhaust. The yelling and screaming is definitely from my car though! How long have you had yours?
