Hi, im a new Gallardo owner just bought a 2005 coupe, very impressed with the car but the rear light fittings are always condensated on the inside. Ive been told by the dealer that this is normal, does anyone else have the same thing??

I had the same with the Murcie but replaced the units. Since then, someone (another owner) advised me to drill very small holes in the underside of the lamp to allow the air inside to 'breathe', don't know if this is an option with the G though, but it may be worth a try?? smile

Hi Martin.

It's only really common on cars that are left outside a lot. If you only occasionally leave it out it won't be much of a problem.

There's no mention of an official warranty fix, I'm afraid. If the problem persists 'Freewheeler's advice is good.

Other than that, enjoy!

I complained about this whilst my car was still under warranty. The official fix from lamborghini is to drill vent holes as suggested in the back of the unit. It may be worth giving Saj a call at Lambo Manch to see how many/where etc.

Andy.

The problem with informative web forums is you start noticing problems!

Just been out for a blat and cleaned off the usual insect carnage only to notce one of the rear lights is misting up on the inside......
