Couple of short clips from our recent Italy trip
Discussion
One where we managed to take the same road as everyone else Convoy video
and one where we didn't Days Like These
(I know that second one doesn't display a very original choice of music, but it had to be done.)

Mikey you're right, the song is louder on the DVD. I think Derek thought that non Lambo drivers might prefer to be able to hear more of the engine noise, so he did make an adjustment to the sound levels before posting it to the website and Youtube.
If the general consensus is that the song should be more predominant, I'll get him to change it back.

That first video is just awesome, love it...camera, angle, timing, subject matter of course - just a shame it stops just as you start to accelerate harder.
I appreciate what you are trying to achieve with the music but I can't think of anything worse than covering up the amazing V12 noise with music...however nice the music is. One of the things I despise about the likes of Top Gear when they feature supercars in they drown out the engines.
Tiff's McLaren F1 feature is the best tv motoring piece because not once did he resort to songs to provide the music, he left the car to do that.

I did consider posting a clip where we go past all the other guys a bit quicker (with lots of noise), but knowing how easily people jump on the bandwagon to condemn people in cars 'enjoying' themselves, I thought it a bit more prudent to limit that particular piece of video to the DVD that went out to those who took part.
