Yes it's a head to head drag race, down a runway for 3/4 mile. To see how the modern day supercars compaire up against the Cerbs, who won the last drag race on Top Gear 10 years ago. I will be coming along to the Fighting Torque event in a Cerb.

It's a great opportunity to get all the cars together, blast down a runway and meet up with alot of you guys.

Get your names down and hope to see you there. Should be a great day.

Ps. Tbops if you are reading this thread, do you fancy bringing your Enzo along?

Yes it is being professionally filmed and there will apparently be car magazines there also.

When is it??? I cant seem to get any info about it. If its midweek I can do it. Weekend would be a maybe. Could bring either 360 or Gallardo.

Ideally yeah. I took the Gallardo to Santa Pod last month, but unfortunalety had clutch trouble before I tried it out which was annoying. Would like to see how fast it can actually go.

Have you sorted the clutch issue now, cos you are going to put it under alot of strain in this type of race?

Isn't your G much, much quicker than your 360 anyway? What year is it?

Isn't your G much, much quicker than your 360 anyway? What year is it?

Clutch is fine now, had new one fitted couple of weeks ago. The Gallardo is quicker, but the 360 I might bring is an old race specced car and is pretty quick of the mark .

Its a possibility (sp). But Sunday`s are hard to get out on. Will start to nag the wife from today to get a pass out (only allowed to do the tunnel run next Sat cos she is coming). How much is it to enter?? Are there any prizes/freebies?? I like freebies.

Yeah more info would be good. £90 aint bad. Just the petrol to Suffolk and back thats gonna empty the pockets. Oh and Burgers in the services. Unless there might be a free BBQ???
