Hello, I'm new to Pistonheads. Does anyone know anything about this event on Sunday 5th August? - Hot Air Balloons & Ferrari's at Groombridge Place.

Its a good day out - I went 2 or 3 years ago. As I recall the Kent Chapter of the FOC are the main supporters. When I went, there were 60 or so Ferraris present, however there appears to be a lot more events on these days so numbers may be less. It is mentioned on Club Scuderia in some of the threads but I don't think that it is listed as an event in its own right. It maybe worth starting a thread in the Events Section http://www.clubscuderia.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.p...
and seeing who bites.

The Goodwood Breakfast Meeting thread (on the same date) mentions the Groombridge event.

I went last year. Good event, and free entry for Ferraris - but your car ends up with sticky hands prints all over it

I'll start a Club Scuderia thread on it.
