Having owned Ferraris i appreciate the value of good independent shops rather than the horrendously overpriced and generally rubbish franchise dealers. Who is worth speaking to re Lambos ?

Mike Pullen always gets a mention in threads like this. I am yet to use him, but will be trying him no doubt at some point in the future.

Jules,

In all honesty unless it's an older one, I'd use a main dealer which yes there is only 4 in Sales and 5 servicing, but IMO it's been worth it. I like some other prefer a car with FMDSH and the attitude at Lambo edinburgh is top notch, and very customer focused!!

I know of Mike Pullen being a long time Lambo Indi but never heard anything bad about, totally the opposite infact but other you hear a mix of reports.

For which car?

I have a Gallardo and would always get it serviced at a main dealer, just for the resale value. However, for any maintenence such as brakes, clutch etc i would consider an independent as, in my experience with other marques, they do at least as good a job for about half the money.

Hi

Try Grimaldi Engineering - based in Halsted Essex (easy to find on the web).
In my opinion - simply the best for Lambo and Ferrari service!

Regards

Hi Lorraine,

Think you have posted in the wrong thread but I spotting this anyway.

I might be getting my people mixed up but are you the one with the Urraco? With a son called Leslie?

If so I have a disc made up already that I am sending.

If I have got it completely wrong (wouldn't be the first time!) then drop me a private mail and I will respond.

Cheers
