Dont have a Gallardo yet BUT property as my secondary income is paying for my Toy. Freind who has a Gallardo which was also bought through property - Property prices up here in the west of scotland have still not reached the rates you southerners are paying so it could be a good place to invest.smile

A well paid "professional" job and dabble in property....(recurring theme...) sure I'll regret it when either

a) London floods
b) People realise how inflated property prices actually are!

All I want in life is Lamborghini. smile That's what drives me to work hard. But I dont know what I want to do, Im off to college to study a Btec in Media Studies because that is what I feel I'm good at but I cant see that allowing me to bring in enough money to be able to afford one of these supercars and live a normal life without making too many sacrifices. frown

All I need is somebody to give me advice about how to go about it and I know I will put in the hard work.

Thanks,

Olie smile

I work in premium investments , and have trademarked a new multi-level marketing scheme

Let me assure you that this is not one of those shady pyramid schemes you've been hearing about. No, sir. Our model is the trapezoid!

Randolph Duke: Exactly why do you think the price of pork bellies is going to keep going down, William?
Billy Ray Valentine: Okay, pork belly prices have been dropping all morning, which means that everybody is waiting for it to hit rock bottom, so they can buy low. Which means that the people who own the pork belly contracts are saying, "Hey, we're losing all our damn money, and Christmas is around the corner, and I ain't gonna have no money to buy my son the G.I. Joe with the kung-fu grip! And my wife ain't gonna f... my wife ain't gonna make love to me if I got no money!" So they're panicking right now, they're screaming "SELL! SELL!" to get out before the price keeps dropping. They're panicking out there right now, I can feel it.
[on the ticker machine, the price keeps dropping]
Randolph Duke: He's right, Mortimer! My God, look at it!

Or find a rich local business man with only child/daughter, seduce/marry her and hey presto, hello lambo!

BTW, IIRC has someone here made some of his mint with Subways up north? Was thinking of expanding into that as a side business? Is Subway as good/bad as some people make it out to be?

it's not a short route to becoming a surgeon though. Not many of them are under 30 and 71k a year is not going to get you a supercar (particularly if you are sensible enough to have a mortgage).

Be good and what you do, and make sure that you like it. As long as you are in an industry where people tend to make money, you should be ok. No point in emulating what people tell you on websites. You might hate the job!
