355 tyres query
Discussion
Its time to get new tyres for the fez (again).
I hear PZero corsa and corsa system tyres are good but cant seem to find them anywhere. Ive tried blackcircles, mytyres, camskill etc but no luck. Are there any places in (West?) London that have these?
Also I would like to run Toyo R888's on the car. However they dont make a 265/40/18. Camskill reckon the 265/35/35 will be ok but a tyre calculator I have found on the net reckons there is a 4% difference between the old and new sizes and this seem squite large?
Also the tyre calculator notes a 275/35/18 is only a 3% difference, are these ok?
Many thanks

Dude have you tried going even bigger tyres? I am sure Toyo make them that size.
Personaly I have used just about all the top name brand tyres over the years on a 355. And for the last two years i swear by the Kumho units. The size i use are 295/35/18. They are great sticky units and give the car a better handling feel and they are sticky.
The rolling diameter is more or less the same as the standard 265s. There is plenty of room under the 355s rear arches, i even run mine with 12mm spacers all round.
Its just an idea that i am throwing at ya
Thanks, so will 275/35 be ok or will I also need spacers? Now dumb question time, what actually are spacers?Personaly I have used just about all the top name brand tyres over the years on a 355. Oh yeah what Kumhos are you running? The Michelin Pilot sports on the car at the moment have been quite good, they've lasted about 3000 miles including 3 trackdays, a drift day and a few healthy donut sessions here and there.
