Last week Craig (Vmax) told me that one evening he had seen a 430 off Park Lane where the engine bay was covered by the Ferrari logo

Now this sounded very iffy, but now I've seen a picture and it's really crap laughlaughlaugh

Why???

What country does that come from?? I know it shows GB but thats an unusual plate. Has that logo been painted onto the glass? Did you see it close?
Although it does look like it may be layed on top of the glass due to there being no grill either side of it as per standard glass.

Never mind the logo ... red car, red roof and red interior? Someone definitely wants us to know it's a Ferrari! The engine cover is just one of those nice subtle finishing touches hehe

The horror, the horror! What always intrigues me is this. Do the buyers of some of the stranger colour combos that have been posted on PH (and that we all see from time to time on the roads), think to themselves when ordering their new car..."hmm, red on red on red with a big Fezza logo over the engine sounds pretty cool" and then when it arrives they instantly realize the awful mistake they have made? I mean, some colour combos sound pretty decent in theory but just don't work in the metal/leather etc (while others can sound a tad strange but look awesome on certain cars).

That money does necessarily buy taste and/or style? Once again, this demonstrates NOT. Now, what baffles me is that Ferrari (should the car have exited factory as shown) has accepted to ship such a horrid 430, regardless of what the customer has demanded (money should NOT always talk). It is not that they will be any poorer by declining to supply this abortion to whoever asked for it.

But then, the Fezza logo might just be an aftermarket addition (most likely IMO).

Sad.

It would be nice if it was not real and was a 406 conversion.

Sadly it is real!

He should have a sticker that reads:

My other car is a Chavmobile...oh wait, that one is one too!

With those plates, if they go through a Gatso at 90, do they actually get a tax invoice? Sorry, I mean "fine"?

Not if they hop it back to Qatar pronto!
Probably claim it was "staff" who were driving the car and as there are so many they couldn't tell which one! biggrin
