Calling All Lamborghini (and Supercar) Owners!!!

Le Mans Series Race Event - Sunday 16th September

An Invite from Lamborghini Wycombe / Team Modena.

The Le Mans series UK round at Silverstone 14th – 16th September (Sunday being the 6 hour race day) Team Modena have offered to arrange FREE entry and special paddock parking for all Lamborghini cars and other Supercars (i.e. Enzo Carrera GT etc.) There will be a special arrangement with both the LMS ACO and Michelin who will supply welcome packs etc.

Silverstone are offering us a 4 lap track session before the main endurance race on Sunday in front of the spectators! (charge £30 per car)

Michelin will put a show on and advise Owners on tyres with their road car team for the weekend also Michelin will arrange a special cooking facility with “Michelin Chefs” (subject to us getting to around 50 attendee's, and with a small charge for this service)

All must be booked through Team Modena Lamborghini Wycombe, names email address car reg as before. As this is a big event it will be strictly controlled.

Dont say I dont do anything for you lot!

Hi there,

I'll be at Silverstone on Friday for the testing and Sunday for the race should be working for an Italian magazine so will need to take plenty of pics of the assembled exotica.
Only reason I am not going on Saturday is that it is the See Red event at Donington so I will be there instead.

I do not drive a Lambo or Ferrari, but my car is German, has a removeable roof, is rear engined, turbo charged and has a paddleshift gearbox. (see my profile for pic).

Catch up with you all at Silverstone.

Good stuff Doug, glad you can make it. The 6 hour endurance race (main event) starts at noon - so the track session for our group will be before that. I will get exact times etc over the next few days, but I would bank on getting there around 9.30am-10.00am on the Sunday morning. I will organise some convoy pick up points when we have firmer numbers, but I dont think even Mandeep could get lost trying to find Silverstone

Of course you can Neil you soft git! - your car opens these doors for you - I will add you to the list. Please email me your name/car model/reg/tel no etc so I can pass it onto Lambo HW and they can sort your free passes etc. Convoy's in will be arranged as we get nearer the event.

Julian, as far as I am aware currently it will be a full throttle affair. However we are awaiting confirmation via Michelin as to when we can get on and the format it will take (hopefully will have clarification over the next 24 hours). If you need a helmet, I have one you can borrow (virtually brand new, and not smelly - so dont worry )
