It's a kit car. Notwithstanding that no one in their right mind would remove the original engine, the giveaway is the lack of a small fillet at the outside leading edge of the air intakes. This is a common flaw in just about all kit cars.

Firstly, you said "no-one in their right mind..." Um, this is an Aussie ad wink

So should he be allowed to advertise it as a Lambo (ie genuine) ? Obviously not, what can be done about it?

Kit cars...

Why do people make them?

If people can build a chassis that handles, fit an engine that goes, fit brakes that make a car stop and all that in a precise manner :

WHY THE FcensoredKING FUcensoredCKcensoredG 'ELL DO THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE A LAMBORGHINI???????????????

bangheadrantingbangheadrantingbanghead

Even if these cars were millimeter-perfect in appearance and even if they used parts indistinguishable from an original car, they are all just fakes, clones, copies and no matter how good they may be in 'real world' terms, they are just tawdry rubbish because of that misuse of Lamborghini's original ideas and intentions.

and the worst thing of all is that, in any meaningful way, there is almost nothing can be done about it, at all...
