Hi there

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a rear reflector for the Lamborghini Countach Anniversary (as shown in the photo)? I only need one so if anyone can lend a hand, I would be very appreciative

Many thanks

Have you tried Eurospares? They show the rear reflector available at £8.98 + VAT & Postage. Don't know if they are in stock, but if you haven't tried them then I would recommend them. Link to the part required below:

Daniel - as mentioned, you could got to Eurpospares or check with your nearest Halfords type place...

Just take the one you have off with the use of some special Lamborghini reflector replacement tools (or else just a small screwdriver and your hi-tech fingers) and ask for their equivalent part -

Be sure that you don't use the 'L' word as they'll find a way to hike the cost up... same caveat would also apply with Eurospares as they probably stock them in what is probably a big box full of these but remove the original packaging so they can charge over £8 for a small bit of see-thru-ish red plastic that also fits on any number of Fiats and Alfas and Lancias - little things like these are NOT bespoke to Lamborghini!!

Hi there Mike and David

Thank you so much for your responses and for very kindly supplying the link. I did try Eurospares first but they are now unavailable through them which is a real shame. I am intrigued by this Halfords concept! Would they really stock this sort of thing? I will try and brave it down there later and see (I always find their staff are just TOO knowledgeable and helpful!).

David, what other cars share this reflector type (ie fiats?)

Many thanks to both of you again

Hi Leslie

Yes please do try your 'magic' shop. They managed to help you, so maybe there is a chance for me. I would really appreciate that.

Thank you so much

Breakers yard (Traynors) in County Armagh, N.Ireland, have a wrecked 25th Anniv last time I was there. Rear bumper and lights seemed intact so they could well be able to supply the reflector you need if all else fails.

laugh I know exactly what you mean Daniel. I was looking at alloys in there fairly recently, and I asked the guy on the parts desk if they had an Escort Mk1 on their fitments list. He looked at me completely blank and said "what's that then?". I would expect that from a teenager, but this guy was easily in his forties - older then me rolleyes

David is completely correct though, the reflector appears to be an "off almost every shelf" type part. Simple rectangular affair that is sold at almost every autojumble I've ever been too. I've bought a selection of reflectors on a card for under a quid before now. I haven't checked mine to see if it's a bolt on or stick one, but either way I would recommend trying motorcycle shops. Just remove one, check size and fitting, the go look on ebay, or pop in to you local motorcycle dealer. Shouldn't be difficult to find one.
