If that's for real, I can't say that I am impressed with the styling 'upgrades.'

Urgh! Illegitimate chid of an LP640 and a Stealth Bomber!

Not what I was expecting - hope it's fake....and I sincerely hope it doesn't hint at the design direction for the next Murcie!

No no it's real... there were articles and posts about it, and people got excited, but what a let down.

Some of the styling cues are ok, but the front and top views are vile.
Almost makes me glad I'm poor.

Even if this car is just a movie prop or actually is for real, for once, unlike the recent 'Miura' rehash, retro fandangle-bobobbles 'who's kiddin' who' thing we all saw last year (and saw far too much of imo!)... I think this car looks incredible!

If this car is just a hint of the Murciélago 'replacement' then it looks ruddy splendid especially in that scary colour (the next big fashion colour from Sant' Agata perhaps?) and with that interior treatment as well...

Any Lamborghinis, even the not-too popular ones like mine should provoke an immediate and extreme response - they really shouldn't just 'grow on you' as opposed to drop on you and grind you down to a fine powder and leave you either utterly smitten or completely anti- them!

I think ANY Lamborghini should create a totally polarised response - words like, "it's OK" or "yeh, but" or "seen better" and the famous, "appears to be very colour sensitive" really shouldn't apply.

So, me smitten a very big lot indeedy yahooooo - now, where's my post office savings book so I can empty the account and place a deposit for one - do you think a fulsome nine shillings, tuppence ha'penny would do??

A revolting attempt and its been childishly overdesigned in every respect. Classless, with no desireable lines and all they have done is stick a big price tag on it so very wealthy people with no taste will buy it.

I really like it, I think the design looks fantastic

The guys who ordered this car when it was first shown a few months ago said that there is a huge weight saving vs the LP640 and that is what the extra £400,000 is for.
Even if the weight is reduced by 200kg with an extra 30bhp thats a lot of extra money
iirc the sales split for the first cars are 9 USA, 6 Europe, 5 Asia
Wonder if any were sold in the UK?

The other thing with this car is that following recent trends Lamborghini will be upgrading the "standard" LP640 engine to this new one by next summer

Lambos are not supposed to be tasteful or classy. Creating the outrageous is what Lambo do. What did you guys expect???

Who said Lamborghini styling was bland these days... to me this car is what Lambo's are all about... when Audi took over the haters were quick to say that Lamborghini have gone all soft and lost their soul... I guess this car puts Lambo's on top of the wacko chart again... can't wait to see it this weekend....

God that looks EVIL! I think this looks good for a limited edition model, the effect is very modern retro, almost in line with this 80's revival, also the fighter pilot dials look like they are straight from Knight Rider! Just wonder how it will age?

As a self-confessed Lambo nut I like (some of) it but will reserve judgement until I get to see it for real.

So if anyone has one on order just drop me a mail wink

On the whole, ugly. They are only making 20 as unlike the Enzo they couldnt find 399 people to buy one.
