Concessionaires and Ferrari Italy contacts

Hi,

I'm having some real issues with my main dealer on a number of subjects and Id like to write to Ferrari Concessionaires and Ferrari Italy to register my displeasure. Ive done a search but I cant find who I should contact, so does anyone have any ideas on who would be best to write to?

Should be interesting to hear the result of this. Ferrari are institutionally arrogant to there customer base. I think it started of when Enzo never gave a stuff

Im sorry to hear that.

Ive been very patient with my dealer, and have given them 3 months to rectify a number of major issues (and a great many more minor ones) but am sadened to report that Im getting no-where. I now feel that I have no other option but to take the matter further, and would hope that bringing the level of service to the attention of more weighty folk would garner better results.

Ill keep you posted if this turns out to be a norm-breaker.
