3200GT Automatic Seats

Hi

Anybody out there know how to reset the automatic seats on a Maserati 3200GT? My passenger seat keeps on failing to resume the back position.

not sure mate but see your from cardiff? What 3200 have you got?

I don't know if it is the official Maserati method, but when mine play up I wind it all the way forward with the seat back forward, then move the seat back back and wind it all the way backwards. I am running off memory, so maybe I end up doing the back/forwards thing twice. However the moral of the story is that after all of that, they start working again (until the next time they don't).

SEAT MEMORY RESET:-

1) Put seat in desired driving position.
2) Turn on ignition.
3) Tilt seat forward.
4) With seat still tilted forward, adjust base as far forward as it will go.
5) Tilt seat back.

Seat returns to desired driving position.

Thanks guys, Tina @ Dick Lovetts has reset it quite a few times and I feel such a tt keeping asking her, especially as it is my daughter who usually causes the problems with being to impatiant to get out!

Re. me and car - a Nettuna Blue 3200 on V378 EGM plate with Blue leather interior, usually around the Cameo Club most lunch times, but out of view the rest.
