Balance Payment

Dear Members

I am interested in knowing how a balance payment would work. I am currently looking to spend around £120/30k. I was opting for a bank loan however have seen companies posting ads with balance pamyent schemes. If anyone can give me a ruff example would be most appriciated. Also the kind of manitence cost i would be seeing at 12k-mpa on either a Gallardo or F430? I am guessing around £8k am i right or way off?
