Steering wheel adapters

[Aero8]

My 328 has been fitted with an aftermarket Personal steering wheel and I want to replace it with a Momo. The problem is that the Personal steering boss has a different hole configuration than the Momo wheel. I can't find a Momo steering boss to fit, so I need a Personal to Momo adapter ring. Does anyone know where to buy these? I can find them in the states but no luck over here...
