Hiya, Got the Ferrari, right now about this F1 gear box?

What the hells it all about. First impressions are it will take a few days of getting used to. I mean how does the sports setting work? Furthermore If I were to drive it 'normally' in average traffic, is the engine comfortable with changing gear at 3000 revs. Is it too low? It appears to me that 4000 revs is more like it.
