Hello everyone, I'm usually lurking around on the Esprit list, but I have a question regarding the Ferrari 360 Modena and this is a prob. the best place to get an answer...

Anyway, a good friend recently took delivery of a 360 Modena and we noticed a bit of water collected just inside the lip of each air intake duct... We just blotted it up no problem, but I got to wondering if anyone more familier with these gorgious cars has an opinion as to how close this should be monitored? We are in South Alabama, in the Sates, so tropical heat and moisture are the rule of the day through the summer. I guess my main thought is if there may be some issue with rusting just under the lip where it cannot be wiped or dried?

Thank you for comments,
Cameron

Thanks for the reply. And good point... I'll pass on the thought regarding not rusting. Seems the water we blotted up was a tan color so he got worried... got me thinking (dangerous at best)... and so on. Haunting images of 308 rust danced through my head... Out dirt is a rusty red color here, so that answers that.
