There are a couple of vids on the Fabspeed website, detailing the layout of the exhaust, and how the valves opens at certain revs to allow a straight through system.

http://www.fabspeed.com/ferrari_F430.html

They also state that you can disconnect the vacuum pipes to allow a permanent full on sound.. anyone tried this trick..?

Have done this on my GT3RS and RS4, both mods were 2 mins of zero cost for mega grin factor. biggrin

The only issue arises if you don't seal the ends of the 2 vacuum pipes. The simplest way is to insert a suitable self-tapper in each pipe, and then tuck the pipes behind the cabling conveniently provided on the rear panel.....job's a good'un!

yeah it's fine nornally but put them back when you track the car - when it gets really hot you can get engine warning problems
