With the G Spyder put to bed for the winter and the 640 Roadster arriving soon, I am sure they won't becoming out until the Summer. Im after something I can use through the winter, thinking either an SLR, 599 or a Porsche 997 Turbo. Any of you guys driven any of these cars? Any advice would be great!

Cheers

Was thinking of this SLR, any one had any history of dealings with Romans before? They seem to have a pretty good stock of cars.

James - the only car you'll be able to use there is the 997 turbo. 600 + bhp RWD cars + winter evil

I know Romans quite well. They have an impressive selection of vehicles at any given time. A 997tt is unbeatable during wintertimes when roads are greasy. A manual 997tt is a very fast supercar with everyday usability thrown in.

Let's face it, you'll never go far wrong with a 911 Turbo in either the fun, usability or re-sale stakes.

I wouldn't fancy using an SLR in the ice and snow ... I'd give it a good go mind smile

Argh, you bugger. One of my all time favourite cars quite possibly the car that gave me the supercar bug. Incredible machine!
